On arrival officers located the victim (Male Adult Pasadena Res) suffering from several stab wounds. During the traffic stop, offers saw evidence suggesting the motorists was armed with a gun. Subsequently, the driver admitted to having a loaded handgun under his seat and methamphetamine as well. There were multiple armed robberies in Pasadena and, fortunately, the victims were not injured during the incidents. The Pasadena cases were assigned to Detectives Glockson, Bulaon, and Montiglio. Upon his arrival, the child was receiving CPR from his aunt and PFD soon arrived. PFD transported the child, Adrian Castaneda, to Huntington Memorial Hospital. Officer Herrera learned from his mother, Adrian had several pre-existing medical conditions that most likely contributed to his death.
